Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) requires the services of a regionally or nationally accredited educational institution that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and authorized to deliver post-secondary programs to provide academic and trade theory/work skills courses in support of FRCSWs Apprenticeship Program.
