Grand Forks Air force Base intends to award a construction contract with the work requirements to be performed by the contractor consisting of, but not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200978, Repair Hangar 602 in strict accordance with the construction documents. Work to be performed includes construction of office and maintenance areas, renovation of existing facilities, and installation of fire suppression systems. The project also contains security system support infrastructure and all other support construction as required. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a magnitude between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The performance period will be 175 days with a winter exclusion of 1 Nov through 15 Apr. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government IAW FAR Part 15 and the terms in the solicitation with past performance being signficantly more important than price. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236210 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
