This announcement will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price CLINs contract. The award will be based on Best Value to the Government. The evaluation will consist of Price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31; Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 20090115 edition; and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2009-0318 edition. This acquisition is to be set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334112. The small business size standard for this code is 1,000 employees.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is for commodity of Optiva Equipment for Holloman AFB, New Mexico. F.O.B Delivery is requested by 19 June 2009. This acquisition will support the mission of 49 Fighter Wing at Holloman AFB, NM.
