NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to MIC Industries. for UBM Training to be used at the Nellis AFB. The purchase order will be for the purchase of two days of Ultimate Building Machine Training for 20 people. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 3:00PM PST, 31 July 14 that are equivalent to the MIC Industries UBM training will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
