F.H. Paschen will be bidding on the DOM GI - Li & Bissonnette Lab Renovation Project for the University of Chicago Medicine. The project is located on multiple floors of four interconnected hospital campus buildings on the Fourth (4th) Floor of Goldblatt Memorial Hospital [Rooms G400D, G400, G401, G403, G404, G406, G408 & G410] & Billings Hospital [Room S402], Fifth (5th) Floor of Hicks Memorial Hospital [Room O507] and Franklin McLean Memorial Institute (a.k.a.-FMI) [Room I507]. The scope of work will included but is not limited to: Selective Demolition, Rough Carpentry, DFH, Glazing Resilient Flooring, Wall Protection, Painting, ACT Ceiling, FEC, Lab Equipment, Window Treatments, Casework, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. RFIs are due no later than noon on Friday August 27th (8/27/21 @ 12PM) Bids are due no later than noon on Wednesday September 1st (9/1/21 @ 12PM) Please update your status on building connected if you intend to bid this project.
