Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS) SOLICITATION #DOT220072MP- ATIS Purpose of this Solicitation The intent of this request for proposal is to enter into a Ten (10) year contract with a qualified firm to provide UDOT with an Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS). This solicitation is intended to provide interested Offerors with sufficient minimum requirements. The requirements in the Scope of Work for this solicitation are not intended to limit a proposal's content or creativity. Offerors may submit innovative ideas, new concepts, and optional features in response to this solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to give additional evidence of their ability to provide the services requested in this solicitation. However, Offerors must address the needs and requirements stated in the Scope of Work of this solicitation. Contract Award It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a SINGLE Award. NOTICE: Concurrent with this project, UDOT will be deploying a new ATMS system (see solicitation DOT220072MP- ATMS). The ATMS will be the source of much of the information that the ATIS will disseminate. For this reason, the development of the web site and mobile application will be done in coordination with the ATMS work and with its vendor.
