The 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins AFB, GA, has a requirement for a turnkey gantry-style Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection System. The system shall be designed to completely utilize Through Transmission (TT) and Pulse Echo (PE) testing to create B and C scans to help the operator identify internal flaws, water entrapment, delamination, and disbounds though a two tower gantry mounted system. The basic system shall be installed in Building 169. Additionally, this requirement will include a contract option to retrofit the existing system in Building 323 with all new motion and ultrasonic components. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials (to include tools, parts, and equipment), shipping/delivery, and travel necessary to provide the required system.
