This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intents to award a sole source (See approved sole source justification below) contract to Phillips Medical Systems North America, Inc., 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021-8431 to provide annual maintenance for an HDI 5000 Ultrasound System.
