The United States Air Force (Luke AFB) intends to award a sole-source service agreement (12-month base with one 12-month option) contract to Philips Medical Systems for the following items in support of the 56 Medical Group, Luke AFB, AZ: Qty 3, Silver Service Agreement (Units 02RDH5/45681391, 02RDLX/45681458, and US80530740/45673768); Philips Medical Systems. Services include software enhancements, upgrades, uplink remote diagnostics and unlimited technical telephone support, system diagnostics and discounts off list prices when prescribed. Only Philips Medical Systems provides the UpLink and On-Board Diagnostic features that the 56 Medical Group clinic uses. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is based on only one source able to provide this product. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
