It is requested that all interested Small Business concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), respond with a Capability Statement of a maximum of 10-pages to be used to determine the availability of Small Business concerns for this requirement. The response/capability statement(s) shall cover every element in the Draft SOW.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number.
