This combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-16-Q-P45612 for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotes incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS is 336611, with a size standard of 1000.

   A. REQUIREMENT:

   1. Annual Hull Cleaning requested/required. The vendor shall provide underwater cleaning of the hull; appendages, and running gear, with before/after digital photos.

   2. Five ( 5) Man Dive Team - ADC certified, compliant with OSHA / USCG regulations for safe diving, and holding all required insurances.
