USCIS occupies office and storage space at 131 M Street, NE, Washington, DC. The Lease expires 9/7/2016 and there is an unevaluated renewal option available for a ten (10) year firm term at a favorable rate. Market research reveals that it is in the Government’s best interest to stay-in-place and accept the renewal terms. Also, based on the cost benefit analysis, it is more advantageous for the Government to remain in place to continue their mission uninterrupted.
