Dyess AFB is requesting information for Siemens Unify System (Telephone System) maintenance in support of the 7 BW/CP, Command Post to determine available sources for services listed below. This is a request for information for market research purposes only. No solicitation is available at this time. This Sources Sought is open to all types of businesses including small businesses. The information in this notice is based on current information available to date and is not binding to the Government.

The 7 BW/CP, Command Post requires preventive maintenance and comprehensive support for the Unify System (Siemens) in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance and standard commercial practices for the Siemens HiPath 4000 V6 telephone system.

The contractor will need to accomplish all tasks necessary to provide sustainment and maintenance for the Command Post (CP) telephone consoles. This will include, but is not limited to, 24/7 help desk support and on-site visits. The contractor will perform essential maintenance 24/7 for the HP4000 License- OS247, the HiPath Trading OS247, and provide on-site phone/parts replacements, as necessary components for the Dyess CP. They will also provide licenses and emergency support in the event of a system failure and provide on-site and/or remote consultant support.

The Siemens system and equipment maintenance program will include the following:

3. ELO 15B2 15 in Intellitouch Package

4. Dell sys Mgr Server for OSXw Win-2008

5. APC SMART UPS RT 3000VA RM 120V

6. APC Smart- UPS Rt 192V RM Battery pack

7. DAKS Server

8. Copper to Fiber Modem

9. APC 8 KVA, 4 Batteries

10. TCOM Fiber Ethernet Switch

The proposed acquisition is expected to be a contract for a total of five (5) years with four (4) consecutive oneyear option periods. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
