Notice is hereby given that Union County will receive Sealed and Electronic bids at or before 11 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, FOR (1) OR MORE NEW SKID STEER(S) for use by the Union County Road Department. These bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday May 23,2023 at 11 Am in the Purchase Clerk’s office at 108 East Main Street, New Albany MS and will be placed on the board agenda for the next scheduled board meeting. Specifications will be on file with the Union County Purchase Clerk, Chancery Clerk and with Central Bidding (as shown below), for those who choose to use the electronic bidding process. Sealed Bids may be hand delivered to Tammy Flowers, Union County Purchase Clerk at 108 East Main Street, New Albany, Mississippi 38652 or mailed to Tammy Flowers, Union County Purchase Clerk P.O. Box 847, New Albany, Mississippi 38652. If sealed bids are hand delivered or mailed, please write on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid for SKID STEER “. Bids shall be signed, dated and on company letterhead. You may also submit an electronic bid if you choose by contacting Central Bidding at 1- 225-810-4814. The website for Central bidding is “www.centralbidding.com”. Please remember the deadline to receive bids (by either method), will be no later than 11 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
