1. This sources sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only. Incirlik AB is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this sources sought will be used within the Air Force to facilitate that decision making processes and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. The 39th Contracting Squadron is interested in the identification of the capable source to provide Unity Voicemail Integration and Training in accordance with the attachments located within this sources sought. Please include in your responses an estimated delivery schedule to Incirlik AB, Turkey.

2. Capability of furnishing the items requested: Capability information should confirm the ability to supply all work, integration, and training for the items listed in the attachments. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete to allow for the Government to analyze the contractors capability to meet the requested requirement. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this sources sought.

Responses must be received by this office at or before 4 p.m Eastern European Time 29 August 2013. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information.
