The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of Atlanta Department of Transporation ("ATL-DOT") is seeking qualified contractors to peformed services related to Unpaved Roads – Phase 1. The project scope consists of roadway, pedestrian and water improvements along Braeburn Drive, Hirsch Street and Main Street. Roadway improvements include the installation of full depth asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway apron, ADA ramps, retaining walls, signing and marking, and tree removal. Water improvements consist of relocation and/or adjustment of existing water meters, water valves, manholes, and fire hydrants.
