The City is requesting proposals to provide laboratory analytical services for Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule 5 (UCMR5). Under the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) UCMR5, the City is required to collect drinking water samples at eighteen entry points to the distribution system for twenty-nine Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and one metal (lithium).
