Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests.  Approved source for this item is Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. CAGE 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR).  This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract.  This is requirement is for 35 each, New Cumberland, PA (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 689 days ARO.  Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
