Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved source for this item is Ontic Engineering, Cage 45934. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 38 each, Hill AFB, UT (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 121 days ARO. Government First Article Testing applies. This is a Not Critical Safety Item. PIPPRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IWA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302).
