Dear Prospective Offerors
USAID/Kosovo is issuing Amendment #2 to the above-referenced RFP. The amendment consists of:
- Answers to the second round of questions received
- A revised RFP
I would like to bring your attention to the following:
- Offerors must review highlighted changes in attached RFP that has been further revised for clarifications.
- H.17 has been revised to clarify that only the environmental provisions of the IEE must be implemented and other language in the background section regarding the definition of youth is not valid for this solicitation per answer 62 in Amendment #1. Per answer 3 in Amendment #1, offerors are reminded they should propose a definition of youth that they feel is appropriate for the activity.
