The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted an updated Diced Chicken, Fully Cooked, Frozen Federal Purchase Program Specification (FPPS). The primary updates include a change in the date processed requirement from 60 days to 90 days, allowing the use of antimicrobial agent(s) in the 12 percent added solution (optional), adding contractor checkloading options and Exhibit 1 Certificate of Conformance.
