The SBA, through a General Services Administration lease with the Charles E. Smith Company/Vornado, is one of several tenants at 409 3rd Street, S.W., Washington, DC. The building management company has switched vendors from Datawatch to Kastle, and will not permit tenants to install access control systems or components manufactured, installed, maintained, or services provided by any other vendor than Kastle.
