NAICS Code is 334516 and Business Size standard is 1,000.  The contractor shall provide the following:

Exactive GC - 30 Sept 18, an instrument site upgrade for it's existing Thermo Scientific Exactive GC system.  Quantity - 1 each

There ae no solicitation documents; however, contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. Vendors who are not registered in System For Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be considred. Vendors may register with SAM by going on via the web to https://www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received by the response date stated above.
