This is a sources sought agency announcement to aide in the development of an appropriate acquisition strategy consistent with OSD Policy Memorandum- Small Business Administration Parity Regulation, dated 18 May 2010, and determine the extent of qualified small business concerns possessing the capability, experience and demonstrated satisfactory past performance necessary to upgrade the existing Plant Vesta Standard 9-1-1 Emergency Dispatch System located at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. All interested parties may respond to this announcement providing a brief capability statement, and list of similar projects with contact information, e.g. name, telephone number, agency or governmental activity, contract number, and dollar value. The magnitude of this project is estimated above the current simplified acquisition threshold. Offers may be solicited using the procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items.
