The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training (LMMST), Owego, NY. The anticipated order is for the non-recurring efforts to upgrade capability of the CNS/ATM on MH-60 R/S avionics system to meet current compliance with CNS/ATM requirements.

This procurement will include but is not limited to LMMST's non-recurring effort for integration of CNS/ATM capabilities into the MH-60R/S avionics systems and review of the Functional Requirements Document (FRD) for Required Navigation Performance/Area Navigation (RNP/RNAV) and Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast Out (ADS-B (OUT)) documents to determine requirements applicable to MH-60R/S platform.

This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMMST has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment, and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
