Amendment 0003 Required response date is extended to 06 July 2012

The current attachment is no longer in effect and the new attachment replaces it.

This change is based on offeror questions submitted as follows:

#1)  This was a question regarding the required response date.  The required response dateis was clarified by Amendment 0001


2) Section  4.3  references  Security and indicates the sever the  Nuance  will be installed on should have  security scans  run that will be the responsibility of the contractor. Please define what server  the  Nuance  will be installed on . If this is a DLA  owned  server  will the contractor be given access  to perform the security scans ? Will this be a Virtual Server  shared between multiple locations.

PWS was updated to clarify the requirement.    

The SRR scans are not performed by the awarded vendor, and we will be providing the physical server that the Virtual Nuance Server will reside on.  Also, attached is the updated PWS. I modified sections: (4.2.2), (4.3), and (9.1). 

 #3) If the server is to be provided by the contractor please provide the server  type and model number.
