The AFNWC/PZIB Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 to issue a delivery order for the 58th SOW, to Diagnosys Inc. for the purchase of a PinPoint 2-R 14-slot system.

Synopsis: The 58th SOW has a requirement for the PinPoint II test system upgrade in order to analyze and repair faulty circuit card assemblies in accordance with the AFREP program and AFI 21-123.

CLIN 0001- Upgrade of PinPoint II circuit card tester which includes the following:
1 EA PinPoint 2R - 14 slot system (includes VPS, VTC and TestVue), P/N P2R-14UG+VTC to include labor to complete upgrade, test and verify system
8 EA Upgrade P2 Card Bezel to a P2R Card Bezel (per card), P/N P2R-BZL to include labor to change bezel, test and verify card
PinPoint II Basic Training-5 days, P/N P2-BT
PinPoint II Programmer Basic Training-5 days, P/N P2-PBT

Anticipated date of award is 30 September 2014. The FSC Code is 5999, the NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 500 EMP.
