The work of this single bid project includes the removal of existing site lighting and the installation of new site lighting (roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks) for the lower portion of the campus. Plans will be available after October 27, 2021 through Syracuse Blueprint (315-476-4084 or [email protected] ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., with contractors assembled at the NW entrance of Park Center. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website (https://www.sucf.suny.edu/) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. In accordance with State Finance Law §139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be directed to Robbilee Luedtke or for MWBE related issues, Scott Clay (518) 320-1673. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
