The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis (MICC - EU) will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract for support development of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements for the Sustainment Warfighting Function and assist in developing, writing, experimenting, assessing, integrating, staffing, and documenting visions, concepts, and Capabilities Based Analysis (CBAs) into appropriate Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents.
The Government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Task Orders (TO). This requirement will be solicited as a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) competition. The designated NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $15M. The Government anticipates a contract ordering period of five (5) years. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. It is required that all contrators doing business with the Government will be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at website: https://www.sam.gov/.
