Furnish all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to remove and properly dispose of ashes from the two Wickes coal-fired boilers at the United States Capitol Power Plant, Washington, D.C., during Fiscal Year 2009 (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009), with four one-year options.
