The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease appx. 11,000 rsf to yield at least 9,070 usf of office space together with 48 secured parking spaces in the area bounded by:
North: I-78 (N.J. Turnpike Extension East)
South: North Avenue East
East: Newark Bay
West: I-95 (New Jersey Turnpike)
The proposed lease term is 10 years cancellable by the Government after the 5th year on 90 days notice. The space must be in one contiguous block on one floor and be fully serviced. The offered space must also meet Government requirements for fire safety and ABAAS accessibility standards.
Expressions of interest should include:
1. Building Name and Address.
2. Rentable square feet and rental rate per rentable square foot.
3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet.
4. Common area factor(s) used to determine the rentable area.
Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of hte space.
