REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease Class A contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 12,000 rentable square feet and must be located within the Delineated Area as noted above. The space should yield between 10,435 and 11,478 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government requires a total of fifty (50) parking spaces. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Estimated occupancy date is January 1, 2010. All expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: Building address Location of space within the building Range of rentable square feet available Name, address, phone number and email address of authorized contact Expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
