The USAF Band located at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling has a requirement to have newspaper ads, banner ads, and radio commercials related to their fall tour concert series that is ocurring in multiple cities all over the country.  This requirement includes not only a plan for the placement of the ads, also includes the planning and management of the entire campaign thorugh out the duration of the tour from October through November.

This is a total small business set-aside.
