SYNOPSIS:  This market research is being conducted to identify qualified, experienced, and interested companies able to perform a broad range of multi-disciplinary ISR development and study efforts. These efforts are intended to address Air Force ISR capability shortfalls with an efficiency to match the rapid pace of development in the ISR technology market. Most efforts will address technology areas in the low-to-high airborne environments on both manned and unmanned platforms. Efforts may be required to address any critical element/system from initial sensor data collection to final ISR product distribution. These efforts will generally be targeted to hardware development but may also include non-hardware development efforts (for example, the development of concepts of operations (CONOPS) or system architecture(s)). A further description of the sensor and technology capabilities which should be addressed is in the attachments below.
