The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement to purchase eight (8) Digital Reference Multimeters (model # 8508A) and eight (8) Calibrators (model # 5720A). The Government intends to negotiate solely with Fluke Electronics Corporation, PO Box 9090, Everett, WA 98206-9090, under their GSA schedule, GS-24F-1029B. They have proprietary rights to the design of the units including the software protocol. If another offeror believes they can provide this product, they are encouraged to contact the point of contact listed in this announcement. Any responses received will be evaluated solely to determine if a competition can be held. The finished upgraded item will be delivered to NAS Patuxent River, MD. This requirement is being processed on an unrestricted basis.
