The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement to purchase three (3) Power Splitters (model # 11667B), three (3) Power Meter Range Calibrators (model # 11683A), six (6) Power Meters (model # E4418B), three (3) Power Sensors ( model # 8487A), fifteen (15) Universal Counters with options 010, and 030 (model # 53132A), three (3) 2.4 mm M to type N(f) adaptor (model # 11903C). The Government intends to negotiate solely with Agilent Technologies Inc., PO Box 4026, Englewood, CO 80155-4026, under their GSA Schedule, GS-24F-0806A. They have proprietary rights to the design of the units including the software protocol. If another offeror believes they can provide this product, they are encouraged to contact the point of contact listed in this announcement. Any responses received will be evaluated solely to determine if a competition can be held. The finished upgraded item will be delivered to NAS Patuxent River, MD. This requirement is being processed on an unrestricted basis.
