This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Agilent Technologies Inc., PO Box 4026, Englewood, CO 80155-4026, under their GSA Schedule, GS-24F-0806A, on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase three (3) Model 11667B Power Splitter, three (3) Model 11683A Power Meter Range Calibrator, three (3) Model 8487A Power Sensor, six (6) Model E4418B Power Meter, four (4) Model 53132A opt 010, 030 Universal Counter, and four (4) Model 11903C 2.4(m) to N(f) Adapter. Each unit must be accompanied by a W1180-259335 Calibration/Warranty Sticker, QTY twenty-three (23). These above items are part of a preconfigured calibration support package of calibration standards that provide the calibration sourcing and measurement parameters required to calibrate the Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS). The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Agilent Technologies Inc., in order to obtain the required calibration standards required to calibrate RTCASS. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD within 60 days after the contract award.
