This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Fluke Electronics Corporation, PO Box 9090, Everett, WA 98206-9090, under their GSA schedule, GSA 24F-1029B, on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase Eight (8) Model 8508A Digital Reference Multimeter, eight (8) Model 5720A Calibrator, and sixteen (16) Part Number 738724 Test Leads. These above items are part of a preconfigured calibration support package of calibration standards that provide the calibration sourcing and measurement parameters required to calibrate the Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support System (RTCASS). The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fluke Electronics Corporation, in order to obtain the required calibration standards required to calibrate RTCASS. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD within 60 days after the contract award.
