THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The services being acquired are for the packing, containerization and drayage of personal property of the USAFA graduating Cadets at the USAFA, Colorado. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, vehicles and materials necessary, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, for the preparation for shipment and/or storage and related services of personal property shipments and related services of graduating Air Force Cadets at the USAFA, Colorado. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: preparation and packing of articles, weighing, banding, loading and containerization of shipments, affixing appropriate security seals, marking, inventorying and preparing packing list of household goods preparation, drayage and daily removal of debris, and holding of shipments at Contractor warehouse until released to freight forwarder/Transportation Service Provider (TSP) for onward movement. The Contractor shall submit reports and documentation as identified throughout this PWS.

The anticipated solicitation will be a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 488991, Packing and Crating. The size standard is 27.5 million dollars.
