To provide fixed-wing aircraft capable of passenger, cargo or combination thereof for movement predominantly throughout the USAFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), Europe and the United States, or other destinations upon request. Contractor must be DoD approved (obtain CARB certification from AMC).
