The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract, on a sole source basis, to the Centre of Policy Studies at Victoria University(CoPS), Melbourne, Victoria 8001 Australia under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The USITC has a requirement for continued development of the United States Applied General Equilibrium(USAGE) model of the U.S. economy, and research tasks to be performed using the GEMPACK modeling framework. The associated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541990- All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The total period of performance is anticipated to be a maximum of 60 months from the date of award, base year plus four one-year option periods.
