Dear Prospective Offerors:

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Zambia, is seeking input from interested parties who may provide comments, opinions, and recommendations in response to the proposed activity approach and questions outlined in the subject concept under RFI #72061119C000DGS. The requested input will help USAID generate actionable insights for the design of this program. USAID anticipates that the subsequent RFP will serve as the basis for a five-year, $15 to $18 million Contract.
