This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). This is NOT a solicitation for work or a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations, and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of USAID/OTI. Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements described below. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by USAID to form a binding contract. Responses to this RFI are strictly voluntary and USAID will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI.
