The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals for "Evaluation, Assessments, and Analyses (EAA)" for USAID/Kenya and East Africa. The activity will provide support to USAID/Kenya and East Africa and other missions in the region for evaluation support services. USAID anticipates the award of up to five Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts resulting from this solicitation.
