The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Tanzania is seeking proposals from eligible organizations interested in implementing the Tanzania Comprehensive Client-Centered Health Program – HIV, Tuberculosis and Family planning (C3HP-HIV&TB) activity. The proposed activity is to increase the demand for and use of quality integrated HIV and TB services, particularly by youth and children, leading to improved health outcomes as detailed in Section C of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

This procurement will be conducted under a limited competition to “Local Partners”. Therefore, only organizations that meet the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief’s (PEPFAR) definition of a Local Partner as provided in the RFP are eligible to compete and submit offers.
