(1) post the updated RFP incorporating the answers to the questions reflected in Amendment No. 02 to the RFP No. SOL-121-15-000007 (updates highlighted in yellow),
(2) provide clarifications to selected answers to the questions in Amendment No. 02 (clarifications highlighted in yellow); and
(3) extend the closing date for submission of proposals to November 17, 2015.
