This Request for Information (RFI) relates to an activity with the preliminary title of "Ukraine Democratic Governance East."

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Ukraine, is in the process of finalizing the design of a new activity to support USAID's objectives of promoting inclusive civic identity, common civic values, and a unified Ukraine. USAID envisions using a fast, flexible, and adaptive mechanism in this flagship program to effectively promote civic awareness, social entrepreneurship, citizen engagement, and the benefits of reforms and European integration through community-level improvements in services and more responsive local governance in areas most affected by conflict and divisive influences.

The purpose of this RFI is to:

1. Obtain details concerning interest in USAID's anticipated requirements; and
2. Obtain public comments on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) to inform the design process.
