The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Mission for Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Cyprus, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and organizations interested in providing services of the Non-Personal Service Contractor - Land Attorney Consultant in Kyiv, Ukraine, as described in this solicitation.

You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. This procurement shall be conducted through full and open competition, under which any qualified individual or type of organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, non-profit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 15 shall apply.
