Contractor shall repair and provide a turnkey audio/visual (AV) system. Contractors will complete mapping of existing system design drawing package, advanced fault isolation and replacement of known EOL, equipment, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) Unit, Power Conditioner, Re-programming Control System Floor Track (consolidate and clean cabling), Develop User-Guides, and Update all Firmware.

Contractor shall reutilize Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) equipment to fullest extent feasible with Teams integration.

 The following GFE equipment will remain in place:

• 2x2 Video Wall Displays
• Contractor will identify equipment needed to be replaced

The Government shall be responsible for demonstrating all GFE equipment prior to de-installation to ensure that it is operational and shall be functional with the new system.
