This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. COAST GUARD BASE KODIAK REQUIRES THE INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF GOULDS PUMP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND MANUFACTURER FIELD SERVICE INSTALLATION GUIDE.

Proof of approval from Gould’s pumps representative must be submitted with quote to maintain manufacturer’s warranty Work must be completed within 14 days of award date.

Work to be completed in KODIAK, ALASKA.

Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
